Instructions
1: In a mortar and pestle, smash the garlic and Thai chilis until it’s a paste form. Scoop into a glass jar. 2: Squeeze juice from the lime into the glass jar. Combine well. Add fish sauce. 3: Add sugar into small bowl and dissolve it in the microwave with 2 tablespoons of water for 30 seconds. Add the contents of the glass jar and the additional 1 cup of cold water.
